As per tradition, this year we will have the PyDrinks and the PyDinner!

A classic itinerary of the city designed for those visiting Bologna for the first time. It covers the main monuments and squares (Piazza Maggiore, the monuments and fountain, the Basilica of San Petronio, the Two Towers).

An ideal path for those who want to discover the most important monuments of the city, not only from a historical and artistic perspective but also through anecdotes and curiosities to fully embrace the spirit of the place.

The tour will start at 19:00 from Piazza VIII Agosto in Bologna (right in front of the "Sferisterio" stop of line 20, which is about a 5-minute walk from the conference venue – Hotel Savoia Regency) and will conclude near the Two Towers, just a few minutes' walk from the location of the PyDrink at Lab 16 on via Zamboni 16.

The tour starts at 19:00 and ends at 20:00, departing from Piazza VIII Agosto (Sferisterio stop, line 20) and arriving near the Two Towers, close to the location of the PyDrink at Lab 16.

The first day of PyCon Italia is traditionally the day of the PyDrink! After the last talk of the day (from 19:30 onwards), join us for a pleasant evening of networking and relaxation. You can bring friends to the event by purchasing a ticket for them for the social event.

PyDinner is the official social dinner of PyCon Italia! An evening dedicated to great food in one of the best restaurants in Bologna, located directly in the same hotel that hosts the conference. No travel, no stress — just excellent Emilian cuisine and the company of the community. Seats are limited, make sure to secure yours!

How to participate in PyDinner

Spots are limited, so reservation is mandatory. At the entrance, it will be necessary to present the reservation to enter the event.
